Domain Generalization with Pseudo-Domain Label for Face Anti-spoofing

چکیده

Face anti-spoofing (FAS) plays an important role in protecting face recognition systems from representation attacks. Many recent studies FAS have approached this problem with domain generalization technique. Domain aims to increase performance better detect various types of attacks and unseen However, previous area defined each simply as datasets focused on developing learning techniques. In paper, we proposed a method that enables network judge its by itself the clustered convolutional feature statistics intermediate layers network, without labeling domains datasets. We obtained pseudo-domain labels not only using extracting features, but also depth estimators, which were previously used auxiliary task FAS. our experiments, trained three evaluated remaining one dataset demonstrate effectiveness conducting total four sets experiments.

Temporal Generalization with Domain Generalization Graphs

This paper addresses the problem of using domain generalization graphs to generalize temporal data extracted from relational databases. A domain generalization graph associated with an attribute deenes a partial order which represents a set of generalization relations for the attribute. We propose formal speciications for domain generalization graphs associated with calendar (date and time) att...

Generalization Bounds for Domain Adaptation

In this paper, we provide a new framework to study the generalization bound of the learning process for domain adaptation. We consider two kinds of representative domain adaptation settings: one is domain adaptation with multiple sources and the other is domain adaptation combining source and target data. In particular, we use the integral probability metric to measure the difference between tw...

Spoofing Attacks of Domain Name System Internet

The Domain Name System (DNS) is a hierarchical naming system that is built on a distributed database for computers, services, or any other resource connected to the Internet or a private network. It translates the domain names meaningful to humans into the numerical identifiers associated with the networking equipment for the purpose of locating and addressing these devices worldwide [1]. The j...
